Great American Opportunities is committed to the ongoing training of its field sales force. Once hired, trainees receive intensive one-on-one field training and mentoring. Training is ongoing both formally and informally during your career at GAO.
Great American salespeople also have semi-annual meetings devoted to training.

Profit Sharing/Stock/401-k
Each year Great American puts a percentage of its earnings into your profit sharing account. Unlike other companies that require you to deposit money into a 401k before matching it, Great American grants profit sharing monies whether or not you contribute.
Great American is privately held by its employees. Stock shares are earned for employee purchase based on individual and company sales performance.
Great American also offers the opportunity to contribute to either a traditional or Roth 401-k.
